YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
* Experience with managing Facebook/ Twitter pages - 1-2 years
* Excellent English skills; ability to create high quality written content in English.
* Customer Service/ Community Management experience.
* Strong Analytical skills (especially about social media metrics).
* Ability to present examples of posts you have done, or links to accounts you've managed (any platform, preferably Facebook & Twitter).
* Anime, Manga and Pop Culture knowledge.
* Being smart, reactive, fun and open-minded
CONSIDERED AS AN ADVANTAGE:
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or Lithium, etc), User administration tools.
Basic Design Skills (Usage of Photoshop or other software)
SEO knowledge
