YOUR ROLE:

  • Responsible for the organization and operational management of key accounts in Pontica.
  • Effectively communicate with clients/teams to execute daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assists with the preparation of reports and analysis on project and overall company metrics.
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting to both Clients and C-level management in Pontica.
  • Work with all departments in the company to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize the day-to-day work schedules for key accounts` teams

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Solid experience as a Team Lead, Team Manager or Account Manager, ideally in a BPO organization.
  • Excellent communication, people management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
  • Knowledge in organizational effectiveness and operations management including human resource and financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French.
