Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison and central point of communication with the Management, team and customers
Work closely with the Management and the team following the established administrative procedures
Coordinate company travels
Organize and maintain diaries and making appointments, assists with meetings and events, maintains company’s documents, creates letters, forms and presentations
Assist the administrative part of the HR function
Support the organisation of events and social activities for employees
Assist colleagues when necessary
Welcome guests and visitors
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Supervise office supporting staff and delegate responsibilities
Requirements:
Excellent French and very good English, both written and spoken
Excellent organizational and communication skills
University degree
1 + year previous experience on a similar position
Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint
Capable to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Fast learner and willing to work on multiple tasks
