YOUR ROLE:
- Responsible for the organization and operational management of key accounts in Pontica.
- Effectively communicate with clients/teams to execute daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Assists with the preparation of reports and analysis on project and overall company metrics.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting to both Clients and C-level management in Pontica.
- Work with all departments in the company to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize the day-to-day work schedules for key accounts` teams
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Solid experience as a Team Lead, Team Manager or Account Manager, ideally in a BPO organization.
- Excellent communication, people management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
- Knowledge in organizational effectiveness and operations management including human resource and financial principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of English and French.
